Alliance Française de Hong Kong and the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau are very proud to present the second edition of Make Music, Hong Kong!. 2018 marked the debut of the music festival which attracted over 22,000 participants. More than 40 local and European bands and musicians performed at the festival, bringing a wide range of music performances from classic to jazz, pop and electro.
The second edition of Make Music, Hong Kong! is co-funded by the European Union Office to Hong Kong and Macao, with the participation of the Consulates General of Austria, Italy and Switzerland, Goethe-Institut as well as Italian Cultural Institute.
With the support of Fringe Club and Le French May, the second edition of Make Music, Hong Kong! will take place from June 21 to 23 at Fringe Club.
Inspired by La Fête de la Musique (World Music Day) which takes place around the world on June 21 to celebrate the summer solstice in the northern hemisphere, Make Music, Hong Kong! will present all music styles in a cheerful atmosphere. It is a free event open to public.
