Sense and Emotions of Shared Urbanism
In this series of paintings, illuminates a shared urbanism that is deeply rooted in personal history. Whether in Paris or Hong Kong, each colour or rhythm conveys a common human story. The streets transform into living canvases, pulsating with emotions and weaving a rich and diverse urban tapestry.
Through the compositions, outlines of architecture, elements of urban transport, and cultural references emerge, reflecting the vibrancy of human density. The artist captures the essence of urban life, inviting viewers to engage with the intricate narratives embedded within each scene.
Through this exhibition, the artist hopes to foster meaningful dialogue around cultural exchange, encouraging visitors to reflect on their own experiences and connections to both French and Hong Kong cultures. By highlighting the beauty of diversity, the aim is to inspire creativity within the community, inviting individuals to engage with art as a medium for expression and understanding. Ultimately, the goal is to create a space where cultural narratives intersect, fostering a sense of belonging and shared humanity.
Besides personal works, the artist will have a participatory project throughout the exhibition to foster dialogue around cultural exchange, encouraging visitors to reflect on their own experiences and connections to both French and Hong Kong cultures.
